Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry that you are unhappy apparently with our service. As we have discussed in text messages, I have the one coming that you approached me about. (the most recent hubcap). I apologized for giving you the wrong one as I was not in front of the truck to see what it took. We were never approached about the first one or I would have made right on it at that as well. I now have two ordered as it seems you believe it is our fault that they both were lost on our account. As far as the price of tires and an oil change, you have 20" wheels that the tires alone cost 213.04 each. I am trying to make right on this and look forward to hopefully doing better business with you in the future as we have in the past before this. Feeling a little blind sided as it took over a year to be told about the first hubcap being lost. As far as timing, you couldn't get here until 5:30. As you were dropping it off for the day, I fit it in around the other vehicles that were scheduled. It was ready when you were able to get it picked up. Thanks, Doug
